30-day returns
Unused, unopened kits in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or missing pieces
Stuff happens in transit. Send us a photo of the damage (or the missing piece) within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement free — no need to return anything.
Personalized items
Name banners and custom cake toppers are made to order and can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or with a printing error on our side. Please double-check spelling at checkout — we print exactly what you type.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the returned kit arriving at our warehouse.
Order cancellations
Cancel free any time before dispatch. Personalized items enter production quickly — cancel within 12 hours of ordering.
