Shipping Policy

Effective September 2026

⏰ Party dates are hard deadlines — we treat them that way. Every product page lists an order-by window for on-time arrival. If we ever miss it, expedited shipping is on us.

Processing time

Kits leave our workshop within 2–3 business days. Personalized items (name banners, cake toppers) add 2–3 days of production.

US warehouse (bestseller kits)

Our bestselling kits ship from a US warehouse: 2–5 business days delivery, with expedited options at checkout. Look for the "Ships from US" tag on product cards.

International standard shipping

Everything else ships via dedicated air line: typically 12–18 days to the US, Canada, UK, EU and Australia, with tracking.

Rates

Free standard shipping on orders over $75 (US).
Under $75: calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Party kits are lightweight but bulky — rates include volumetric weight.
Expedited options are offered at checkout when available.

Order-by dates & peak seasons

Before Halloween, graduation season (May–June) and the December holidays we publish order-by dates on category pages. Order inside the window and your kit arrives before the day — or we upgrade shipping at our cost.

Address issues

Double-check your address at checkout. We can change the address any time before dispatch — email [email protected] and we'll catch the parcel.
